A Guarantor agrees to take responsibility for the repayment of a loan if the Borrower defaults. This includes meeting all financial obligations under the Loan Agreement.

  1. How does the Continuous Payment Authority (CPA) work?

CPA allows us to collect repayments automatically from your registered debit card on the agreed repayment dates. If payment fails, we may retry multiple times or use a secondary card if provided.

  1. Can I change my contact or bank details?

Yes. You must inform us within 7 days of any changes to your name, address, phone number, email, employment, or bank/card details by emailing info@promontoriascariffdac.com

  1. How do I stop CPA payments?

To stop CPA payments, contact your bank directly or get in touch with our support team. Please note, stopping payment does not remove your repayment obligations.

  1. What is an unsecured loan?

An unsecured loan does not require collateral, making it easier to obtain but typically involves a credit check.

  1. How quickly can I get the loan?

Approval can be granted within 24 to 48 hours after submitting your application and documents.

  1. What documents are needed?

Proof of identity, proof of income, and residence details are generally required.

Yes, early repayment is allowed without penalties.
